It was good speaking with you the other day at the Detroit Athletic Club and I appreciate you giving me your business card.

I have enclosed a version of my resume within this letter. If you get a chance to look at it, I would appreciate any suggestions you might have for a good fit at Roush. Cars and the business of cars have always been my passion. I have taken numerous business and financial engineering classes alongside of my industrial engineering classes while at the University of Michigan, so that I can combine business with engineering into a career in the automotive industry. I think my background in performance engineering and emission control systems combined with and interest in business would make me a valuable asset to your company.

On a personal note; I am planning on going to the marina you spoke of on the coast of Sardinia during my study abroad in Italy. I probably won't ever have another chance to see that many large yachts lined up in one place. If you have any more suggestions for me to visit during my stay in Florence, perhaps some off of the normal "tourist path," I would appreciate it.
