Description (full): This program is geared toward individuals who are willing to work hard while gaining valuable work experience. -- Not collating papers or filing forms. -- We’re talking REAL work experience. Intense, “on-the-job” experience in the commercial/retail environment of one of our 2,200+ company-operated speciality paint stores in the US or Canada.
What will you learn?
If you’re selected for the program, you’ll have the opportunity to
learn basic store operations expand your management skills develop sales techniques service customers gain knowledge in a variety of key topics to enhance your business skills through S.T.A.R.T. . (our Store Training and Reference Tool).
You may even be asked to complete special business projects while you handle your in-store responsibilities.
Requirements: If you’re an entrepreneurial student who is interested in a career in Sales or Marketing Management, you may be selected for the program on the basis of your academic credentials, previous work experience and your desire to work in a hands-on, challenging environment.
You can work in a store near your college or summer residence. In return, we’ll offer you a competitive salary PLUS a possible career opportunity once you’ve completed your degree.
